The carrier's limitation of liability, as far as the Montreal Convention 1999 applies, has been increased effective Dec 30th, 2009 from 17 to 19 SDR. In line with this IATA resolution, Jade Cargo has revised its Conditions of Contract.

The changes in liability require the usage of new AirWay Bills. In accordance with the IATA resolution Jade Cargo will introduce new AWBs gradually. Current AWB stock may still be utilized. The new limitations will apply even when old AWBs are used.
