1.Process Expert

Duties

  • Expert for Sales and Handling processes at head quarter level. 
  • Designing, analyzing, implementing and maintaining process descriptions and process workflow diagrams.
  • Supporting the process owners in the continuous optimization of all relevant processes.
  • Follow-up of the process implementation and optimization in the organization.
  • Monitoring the processes within Jade Cargo and with its related partners.
  • Analytical Software support for cargo systems.
  • Coordinating the IT development for the sales department with the respective IT department and 3rd party providers.
  • Special tasks and projects according to the company needs.

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills)

  • University degree / comparable education / preferably at least 2 years experience in the field of Process Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
  • Excellent Chinese and English oral and written communication skills.
  • Literate in common IT software (MS-Office Applications, e-mail, Internet).
  • Literate in process management software would be an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to industry specific software and to write specifications towards the providers to optimize these tools.
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility, productivity, mobility, personal motivation and independence.
  • Outstanding analytical and planning skills and experience in collecting, evaluation and interpreting business information.
  • Organized and quality consciousness approach to work.
  • Ability to prioritize workflows.

2.Material Planning Engineer

Duties

  • According to the data of company fleet size and actual the operation, adjust the stock of rotable, repairable and consumable parts in time so as to meet the material request from airplane maintenance and try to reach a high inventory turn over rate.
  • Assure the legality source of the basic information of aircraft material part number.
  • According to the MTBUR, TAT, Guarantee demand (including ESS release level), operation parameter, fleet size, qty per airplane, lead time and so on, make use of the reliability theory, to adjust the POOLING list in time.
  • Monitor the material issuing status, set up the safety stock level and replenish in time. 
  • Monitor the stock of the time limited part by receiving the planning remove information.
  • Be responsible to deal with different material requests and make decision to select the suitable material provision solution.
  • Responsible for the leasing and mutual-supporting.
  • Responsible for the material repair and warranty handling.

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills)

  • Bachelor degree.
  • More than three years (three years included) of material planning or purchasing experiences.
  • Aviation knowledge,airworthiness knowledge,maintenance management theory, skilled aircraft maintenance English, good computer usage,material management knowledge,statistics analysis,commercial knowledge, international trading knowledge,p/o laws and regulations knowledge, etc.
  • Good Capability of coordination, negotiation , planning , organizing, managing and situation control, etc.
  • Good English communication ability.

3.Material Purchasing Engineer

Duties

  • Be responsible for the material/ equipment purchasing. 
  • According to the priority level of quality, lead time and price, request the quotation from the qualified material suppliers which approved by the company. Tracing and monitoring the p/o implementation process so as to ensure the on time delivery of the materials, shorten the turn around time and improve the material support rate.
  • Guarantee the purchasing of the Jade Cargo International materials and equipments meet the airworthiness and safety requirements, deal with the quality discrepancy issues of all the orders until problems settled. 
  • To assist the quality control system in examining and verifying the material suppliers and establish the material suppliers list.
  • To check and verify the reality of data according to the purchasing order approval procedures and the price auditing and approval procedures to guarantee the company profit utmost.
  • To collect the suppliers performance data and establish the suppliers evaluation system.
  • To submit the p/o payment application and apply suitable credit limit from the suppliers to make sure the material supplying channel unblocked and no order on hold.
  • To establish close relationship with the material suppliers and collect their supply capability information to ensure the materials airworthiness and guarantee the AOG material support.
     

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills)

  • Bachelor degree.
  • More than three years(three years included)of material planning or purchasing experiences.
  • Aviation knowledge,airworthiness knowledge,maintenance management theory, skilled aircraft maintenance English, good computer usage,material management knowledge,statistics analysis,commercial knowledge, international trading knowledge,p/o laws and regulations knowledge, etc. 
  • Good Capability of coordination, negotiation , planning , organizing, managing and situation control, etc.
  • Good English communication ability.

4.Training Coordinator

Duties

  • Assist to establish company training system. 
  • Analyze company training needs.
  • Assist to develop annual learning plan.
  • Establish positive links with external training service providers.
  • Assist to prepare training materials as requested.
  • Plan new employee orientation training to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
  • Organize specific training according to business requirements.
  • Assist to establish a career development framework for potential employees.
  • Keep and file training records as required including evaluation of training programs.
  • Manage training agreement.
  • Coordinate training rooms’ usage as requested.
  • Be responsible for updating staff information.
  • Support superiors for other assigned duties.

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills)

  • University degree or above.
  • At least two years teaching experience preferably in Adult Education.
  • Literate in common IT software (MS-Office Applications, e-mail, Internet).
  • Good Chinese and English oral and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal (team oriented) communication skills.
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility, mobility, personal motivation and independence.

5.Traffic Rights Coordinator ( 1 )

Duties

  • Organisation of Landing permits, overflight permits and airport slots
  • Administration of permits
  • Establishment / change of procedures regarding traffic rights
  • Assist in daily operation
  • Ensure permits for additional flights
  • Assist in Operation Control Center

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills)

  • Junior college
  • Experience in Aviation business of advantage
  • Literate in Common IT (MS-Office Applications, E-Mail, Internet)
  • High degre of initiative, flexibility, mobility, personal motivation and independence
  • Outstanding analytical skills

6.Crew Training Coordinator ( 1 )

Duties

  • Overall coordination of all training 
  • Planning of all training ( Flight training; Ground Training )
  • Liaison with training organizations for simulator, instructor and examiner availability
  • Rostering of all training
  • Documentation control and record keeping
  • Logistic support ( Travel; Accommodation arrangement...)  

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills)

  • University Degree

7.Maintenance Control Engineer ( 5 )

Duties

  • Connect with other sections of maintenance department, Jade Cargo diversified organization administration / handling, as well as outstation contracted maintenance organizations, coordinate with production issues
  • Monitor fleet technical status and diversified production information, be responsible for information transmitting and bulletin
  • Evaluate and assign maintenance tasks / work orders, and track / control with its implementation
  • Provide maintenance support as need, handle with abnormal production events and emergency issues 
  • Responsible for the controlling of deferred defect item and repeated defect item 
  • Responsible for reviewing and transmitting of diversified maintenance records / Doc
  • Accomplish other tasks assigned by production manager

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills)

  • College degree or above that major in Aviation or Technology, or equivalent education background
  • Having rich knowledge of Civil Aviation International operation, familiar with Aircraft system and line maintenance, knowing Civil Aviation Regulation , have ability of computer application and fluent English 
  • have strong ability of analysis, judgement, coordination and management 
  • CCAR-66 Maintenance Personnel License and respective type Certificate
  • Minimum 6 years working experience

8.Release Engineer ( 1 )

Duties

  • Perform routing and non-routing aircraft maintenance taskand implement trouble shooting task for aircarft discrepancy as need; sign off & deal with relative task cards and maintenance record.
  • Supervise the technical statue of the aircraft, assure maintenance task be implemented correctly, documentation as required
  • Responsible for dealing with of deferred defect item and inspection RII, assure the technical airworthiness of operation aircraft and release as need 
  • Guide and inspect Mechanics job
  • Finish the other task assigned by Maintenance Supervisor

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills)

  • College degree or above that major in Aviation or Technology, or equivalent education background
  • Having rich knowledge of aircraft system and maintenance, familiar with CCAR, have abilityof computer application and fluent English 
  • Have strong ability of analysis, judgement, coordination and management 
  • CCAR-66 Maintenance Personnel License and respectie type Certificate 
  • Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience 

9.Dispatcher ( 1 )

Duties

  • prepare all flight plans for operation and release of the flights
  • Performance calculations for flight planning
  • Responsible for coordination of all solutions to run the day to day operation
  • Supervise all person working in the OCC and secure a high working quality
  • Inform the management on all abnormal happenings
  • Start the companies emergency procedure according given rules
  • Crew scheduling and planning

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills)

  • University Degree
  • Chinese Dispatcher License or FAA License is recommended and experience with an International Airlines is a big advantage
  • Literate in Common IT (MS-Office Applications, E-Mail, Internet)
  • Knowledge of Jeppesen Jetplanner is of advantage
  • Outstanding Interpersonal (Team Leadership) communication skills
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility, mobility, personal motivation and independence

10.Network Planning & Scheduling Specialist  ( 1 )

Duties

  • Perform market potential analysis based on databases available to Jade Cargo.
  • Define and improve the planning data quality together with sales department
  • Act as contact person for sales department in relation to new network proposals
  • Create short term management reports on the performance of the Jade Cargo network
  • Assess potential destinations from a network point of view
  • Create and discuss feasibility of new network proposals with regards to regulatory requirements, maintenance requirements, crew and flight operations requirements
  • Perform the profit controlling for destinations, legs and rotations for Jade Cargo
  • Use IT Systems to adjust the network until handed over to the flight operations department based on market requirements derived from sales
  • Work out alternative scenarios for the network including evaluation
  • Prepare network management proposals
  • calculate short term charter request.

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills)

  • University degree (BA, MA, or MBA).
  • At least 3 years experience in an airline related position required.
  • Former employment with an domestic airlines is of high benefit.
  • Be able to work independently with senior management of Jade Cargo.
  • Experience and contacts with international airlines is of advantage.
  • Skill in common IT software ( MS-Outlook, MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Powerpoint strong skills required, other Application such as Internet, Intranet).
  • Excellent Chinese and English oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal (team oriented) communication skills.
  • Ability to transparently describe processes in verbal and graphical form.
  • Ability to work with figures in MS-Excel, create tables, databases and reports.
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility, mobility, personal motivation and independence.

11.Reservation Controller

Duties

  • Active advise to Sales department (plus other local offices) in case of expected high or low loads to be able to react in the market and co-ordinate extra-sections or cancellations.
  • Response to internal customers inquiries concerning space request and allotment utilization.
  • Execution of bookings, cancellations and re-bookings of shipments, including information on capacity availability. Subsequent confirmation of the reservation.
  • Monitoring load factor of all flights to/from Shenzhen.
  • Service recovery: all necessary actions to avoid or minimize booking irregularities and to guarantee the original transport promise.
  • Proactive information: direct information to local offices whenever the original transport promise can not be maintained.
  • Status information: to local offices about booked shipments in terms of reservation, transport and delivery.
  • Space control: optimised utilisation of the freighters’ capacities down to ULD-planning in co-operation with handling.
  • Regular exchange of knowledge with employees from inside and outside sales about customers, markets and products.
  • Collection and provision of market information to the Area Sales Steering Team to support local business intelligence.
  • Regular review of sales data (load factor, agents’ performance, allotment usage).

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills)

  • University degree / comparable education / preferably 2 years experience in the field of Marketing, Sales Logistics or Business Administration.
  • Excellent Chinese and English oral and written communication skills.
  • Literate in common IT  software (MS-Office Applications, e-mail, Internet).
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility, productivity, mobility, personal motivation and independence.
  • Organized and quality consciousness approach to work.
  • Ability to prioritize work flows.
  • Ability to handle stress and to work under time pressure.
  • Good interpersonal communication (telephone manner) skills.
  • Ability to cooperate with colleagues in a team orientated manor.
  • Willingness to work shifts and or overtime and administration.

12.Flight Operations Quality Assurance Manager

Duties

  • The responsibilities of the Flight Operations Quality Assurance manager is to monitor compliance of all adjacent departments towards a safe, legal and efficient performance.
  • The scope includes also the respective Jade manual within GO responsibility and any other standard specified by Jade Flight Operation Department.
  • A close cooperation with the flight safety quality and security management team is required.
  • Overview and evaluate the internal organization of GO related to quality.
  • Overview the Quality in each department, organize assessment sessions and evaluate respective performance.
  • Assures that all departments in his scope are within the legal frame of CAAC and all Jade’s rules, regulations as well as documentation.
  • Audits the departments on request.
  • Supports external performed quality assurance and audits as Jade representative.
  • Supports all audits through CAAC or partner airlines within GO.
  • Issue quality reports to the director Flight Operation and Quality.
  • Set up an internal reporting system.
  • Ensure that processes needed for Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained.
  • Report according to the internal structure on the performance of Quality.
  • Management inside GO-organization and any need of improvement.
  • Ensure the awareness of quality and Jade’s quality requirements.
  • Arrange quality training.

Required qualifications (training/knowledge/skills)

  • Experience in Quality Management.
  • University degree in technical field.
  • Certified qualification in QM.
  • Airline or linked experience would help.
